Our Customer Policy

When you have an account at our bank, your account will be processed by computer but managed by people. If you have a financial problem, we will give you the best advice available and as much of our time as it takes for you to get the answer you need. When you have a suggestion, we will listen and we will respond whenever possible. Whenever we serve you, we will try to be fast, efficient and friendly and we will maintain the confidential nature of a customer relationship.
