Relationship Banker/Teller
As a relationship banker, you will play a key role in the success of our branches by building and maintaining meaningful relationships with your customers and by using your financial knowledge to help provide thoughtful solutions to meet customer's needs. Our relationship bankers assist new and existing customers with the opening of new deposit accounts, processing a variety of financial transactions (check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, etc.) and accurately balancing these transactions while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service.
No previous banking experience is required, as training will be provided. If you have a willingness to learn the art of banking and have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships with current and prospective customers and respond to simple and complex customer inquiries or service requests in a professional manner, we want to talk to you.
What you can expect to do:
- Provide trustworthy, responsive and courteous service
- Build lasting relationships with customers, discover their financial needs and tailor products and services to recommend
- Operate a teller drawer serving customers in the lobby and/or drive up
- Open accounts, perform account maintenance and assist customers with digital products
- Recognize potential fraud and other risks
- Provide outstanding customer service and display a positive attitude
- Other related duties and special projects as assigned

Operations Center Specialist
As an operations center specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of behind-the-scenes bank functions, as well as customers and staff. This position includes duties such as processing of deposit and loan file maintenance, supporting Consumer and Business Banking (including online banking and bill payment functions), processing electronic and wire transfers, and running data processing programs. The operations center specialist assists with all aspects of online banking, providing support to customers through the bank’s Call Center and to bank staff through the Help Desk.
No previous banking experience is required, as training will be provided. If you have a willingness to learn the art of banking and have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships with current and prospective customers and respond to simple and complex customer inquiries or service requests in a professional manner, we want to talk to you.
What you can expect to do:
- Handle incoming customer and staff calls; respond to inquiries in a timely and patient manner
- Support all phases of consumer and business online banking
- Assist with the online banking work flow, which includes, but is not limited to: application processing, user onboarding, managing user limits, wire transfer processing, maintaining user profiles to enable additional services and tracking applications
- Serve in various areas of bank operations
- Provide excellent customer service and assists in resolving problems within given authority
- Draft new procedures and provide updates to existing procedures as needed for the purpose of streamlining operational functions
- Develop a strong knowledge of bank products and services
- Provide debit card support to customers and staff
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Ability to be personable and comfortable with communicating clearly with clients over the phone as regular part of daily duties
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and explain bank policies, procedure, products and services
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Detail for accuracy
- Strict confidentiality
- History of thriving in a team environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS office software, and ability to navigate easily through Internet-based systems
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism and courtesy
- Project a professional image through dress, presentation and positive attitude
- High School diploma or equivalent life experience
